Would you look at that, a gay actor playing a gay character who’s the lead of the show that’s a BBC gay spy drama.

"He lit a cigarette. His glass of whiskey lit a cigarette. “I can only truly love my dead best friend,” he said, “but not in a gay way. Women wouldn’t understand. They’re too gay.” Both of the cigarettes agreed."

PRO TIP: watching “how it’s made” is SUCH a good way to combat an anxiety attack! There’s soothing music, a soothing narrator who’s intonation never changes (narrators never yell or change their speaking pace), it’s engaging enough to keep you occupied but doesn’t force you to think too hard!

also sometimes the narrator makes bad puns

I love that point in a friendship when you get what the other person’s style is - their “thing.” You see a knit jersey tie and think of them immediately; a type of weather, a bad movie, a woman’s outfit. You know, with absolute certainty, that your friend would enjoy this thing with you more than anyone else in the world. You feel closer in that moment of recognition, even if they’re not there.

The improv team I was on in high school only had one rank: “co-captain.” If you joined the improv team, you were automatically a co-captain. It wasn’t to make everyone equal within the club dynamic or anything like that, we just all knew that we would have to list extracurriculars on our college applications, and you could make yourself look more impressive by putting “co-captain” without specifying how many other captains the team had or how a member becomes a captain.

4: Three things I love:
1) soft serve chocolate ice cream from the student union.
2) friends.
3) making good art.
55: What is something I disliked about today?
I went to a dance showcase and there were too many people and I felt terrible and unusually claustrophobic and I should have just left but I didn’t.
92: Kissed a girl?
God, anon, I fucking wish.
104: Been overweight?
No but if I don’t stop eating soft serve chocolate ice cream from the student union I might be soon.
